There are three routes from the Holiday Inn to the Wal•Mart shown below.
It's going to take a couple hours to get there, no matter which one you take.
The first route would be the fastest, if it weren't during rush hour.
The two alternates will avoid rush hour traffic, for the most part.

This is the best route, during non-rush hour   92.3 Miles; 1 Hr, 27 Min... Rush hour will take longer   I-70 West to Exit 108A-B  I-270 North/West to Exit 17B US-33 North/West East (R) on US-36 Wal•Mart is about 300 yards,  on your right.

Alternate 1 Avoids rush hour traffic   95.5 Miles; 2 Hrs, 1 Min.   I-70 West to Exit 118 Turn Right,  SR-310 North North (L) on SR-37 West (Straight) on US-36 37 miles later, Wal•Mart will be on your left.

Alternate 2 Avoids rush hour traffic   92.3 Miles; 2 Hrs, 3 Min.   I-70 West to Exit 142 Turn Right, then immediately Left, US-40 West North (L) on SR-13 West (L) on SR-16 North (Straight) on SR-37 At SR-161, make a right to STAY on SR-37 West (Straight) on US-36 37 miles later, Wal•Mart will be on your left.
