The 2008 InZane Nat'l Rally will be held in
Johnson City TN... in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. The
dates are July 30 – August
3, 2008. Our host hotel will be the Holiday Inn Johnson City;
101 W Springbrook Drive, Johnson City, TN 37604. There will be ample
outside space on paved surfaces for vendor set-up and, as in years past, we are
striving to keep our vendor fees low and affordable.
There will be very limited electrical and telephone utilities for vendors. It is
suggested you register with the Hotel early if you require these services. To
eliminate any chance of miscommunication you will deal directly with the Holiday
Inn regarding your requirements. They will coordinate the set up as well as the
billing of your utilities completely. Contact Nancy at the Holiday Inn
at 423-282-4611 to reserve your utilities and receive rate information.
You will need a confirmation number to book a room. Carl will get that to
you once you sign up.
We have also extended invitations to VTX and GoldWing riders, so keep that in
mind when you decide what part applications to bring with you. As in years past,
we will also be providing a T-shirt to all Rally participants that have all the
vendors’ logos on the back and once again this service will be provided at no
charge to you. Some vendors have expressed an interest at “sponsoring” a
particular event, and if you have an interest in that we can certainly work
together on finding which event would best suit your needs. If you were not a
participating vendor last year I will need you to email me black and white
artwork of your company logo for our shirt designer.
Upon arrival at the Holiday Inn, any one of the staff will be more than happy to
guide you to the vendor area. We will do whatever we can to make your experience
in Johnson City a pleasure. It is suggested that you arrive no later than
Tuesday morning, July 29th. Many of the larger vendors arrive Monday to insure ease
of display set up.
We will also be handing out registration packets to all participants, so if you
would like us to include any fliers, or discount coupons to your business,
contact me so we can arrange to have them inserted.
