  Here's our much anticipated 2008 season schedule. As you can see, we have MANY rides & events this year, all will be fun & enjoyable – but ONLY if YOU are there, feel free to join us as much as you can.  These are our ‘planned rides’, as of this writing, if dates or places change along the way, I will email all of you with the ‘NEW’ schedule ASAP.  Planned Rides are great, but we have ‘spur-of-the-moment’ rides sometimes as well.  Notes will come out, maybe we threw something in for tomorrow or the upcoming week-end, join us if you can.

 

***  First off, each & every Tuesday, starting May 27th, rides with the CMA (Christian Motorcycle Association) are available. They (and we join in with them from time to time) rally up at Johnson Park (just NW of Grandville, along the Grand river), meet at 6:30 PM. We ride for an hour or so, stop for ice cream (OF COURSE), talk for a bit, then all head for home.

 

*** DINNER RIDES. I would appreciate some input from you folks on these. I have tried a week night about 6 pm, some say this is too hard to get to after work. I have had these on Saturday afternoons, some say “it’s right in the middle of the week-end, can’t do that”. SO – do we want these at all ???          I will probably watch the weather, then toss out a few days in advance – the time and date of the next Dinner Ride – who can make it, will !! We'll meet up, ride for 1 1/2 hours or so, then stop for dinner. Lots of good food, lots of laughs & pokin' fun, creating great friendships!! You NEED to be at some of these, you'll be glad you did.

FEBRUARY 2008

¨       9th  - Winter Gathering in Mt Pleasant. Dinner, Fun, INFO, Laughs – be There !

 

March 2008

¨       29th  - Grand Rapids Road Ryders Dinner & Fun, Summer date INFO, Laughs – be There !  at 6 pm. In the GR area.

 

MAY 2008

¨       4th – rTaz’s Bike Day … Saginaw, more INFO to follow.

¨       18th - 'Blessing of the Bikes' - Baldwin

w/ breakfast, blessing & afternoon ride.

¨       25th – Northern Wolfpack BBQ … up in the Grayling area.

 

JUNE 2008

¨       May 31st – June 7th … Americade Rally, upstate New York – just gorgeous !!

¨       21st GR Road Ryders DINNER RIDE – leave 2 pm – great riding & friends !

JULY 2008

¨       4th - BBQ Party at "Slyk Willy's"

¨       19th – 20th  Wauseon Nationals … Vintage Racing … many biking events to see. More Info to follow … Wauseon, Ohio

¨       28th – Aug 3rd … InZane VIII, in Johnson City, TN … phenomenal riding & scenery, lots of activities … well worth the trip.

 

AUGUST 2008

¨       15th – 17th – Midnight Ride / St Ignace week-end in the U.P. ---- with several chapters thru-out Michigan.

¨       30th – Lumberman’s BBQ Ride

 

SEPTEMBER 2008

¨       14th … Ride in the Irish Hills BBQ – this is really quite a beautiful little ride, SE Michigan area.

¨       27th  GR Road Ryders DINNER RIDE – leave 2 pm – great riding & friends !

 

OCTOBER 2008

¨       4th & 5th - Grand Rapids 'Color Tour', will probably meet up w/ Tri-Cities group. Always a ton of fun with these guys & gals. Not sure of destination yet.
