Welcome to the Minnesota Chapter of the VRCC. The goal of this site is to serve Valkyrie riders in Minnesota by listing local, regional and national events and rides.

The National gathering of VALKYRIES, INZANE 10 will be held in Bellaire, MI. July 14 - 19, 2010. Please check the main VRCC website for the registration page.

I will be leading a group ride from the Forest Lake McDonalds (at the Broadway exit off of Interstate 35, Forest Lake exit) leaving on the morning of Wednesday July 14th at 8:00am sharp heading east on US 8 through Wisconsin heading toward Escanaba, MI. (323 miles). We will overnight in Escanaba at the Super 8 Motel. I have a block of 10 rooms for both Wednesday and Sunday nights that will be held until June 14th & 18th. There are 5 single n/s Queens for $67.99 + tax and 5 Double n/s Queens for $72.99 + tax. Thursday morning we will head toward Bellaire (Ground Zero, 227 miles). I plan on staying Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights at INZANE. We will head for home Sunday around noon with a night at the Escanaba Super 8. So you will need to make your reservation for the nights of Wednesday July 14th and Sunday July 18th. You can make your reservation by calling (906)786-1000 ask for the "Minnesota VRCC block" Escanaba Super 8 website This is an extremely busy resort area, make your reservation early.

70TH Anniversary
STURGIS RALLY 2010
August 9th-15th
I will be leading a group ride to STURGIS this year. Leaving the morning of Thursday August 12th from the McStop in Lakeville (County Road 70 and Interstate 35) at 7:00 am sharp! and returning on Sunday the 15th. We will have 583 miles to cover that day to the "South Dakota School of Mines and Technology" where we will be staying. I am working on modifying the paid by due date of July 1st and the 4 night minimum stay. More information to follow soon.
