our next regular quarterly meeting in September in combination with a weekend

For those who prefer to camp out, check with Stewart Irwin (sirwin9793@earthlink.net). His knowledge of the area far exceeds that of this humble refuge Yankee!!
For those that can arrive on Friday night, the motel has a pool for the traditional pool party, or a fire pit for a campfire get together…if we can be trusted around an open flame…LOL.
Saturday morning will be informal…local restaurants and tourist type stuff…then we will likely meet back at the motel for the group trip to the museum in the afternoon. Perhaps we can cap off the day with a group dinner if the idea appeals to everyone.
Please try and contact me as soon as possible if you want rooms at the hotel. I am going to post this info on the main board as well, and I would not be surprised if we have a few out of state guests in addition to our normal complement of personalities.

State Patch Information:
After no luck trying to use our last vendor for patches, I found a new contact....Stadriemblems.
Below are the prices for both a small front chest patch and a large back path. I have obtained quotes for both woven and embroidered styles. Embroidered is the more classic sewn style whereas woven dyes the fabric, but does allow for more detail. Here are the qoutes:
Small 4" X 2" - Embroidered = $2.77 each for 50 peices / $1.56 each for 100 pieces
Woven = $3.46 each for 50 peices / $1.74 each for 100 pieces
Large 11" X 4.5" - Embroidered = $16.20 each for 50 pieces / $9.25 each for 100 pieces
Woven = $16.80 each for 50 pieces / $9.60 each for 100 pieces
