The Wild Bunch had nothing on US!
We had a great ride out in the Malibu area
today. We all gathered at our fearless leaders Crypt and had fat pills, coffee, and juice
before we set out. Being that it was a Sunday ride, some new faces showed up that would
normally not get to ride on Saturday. Then Joe & Donna led 25 bikes to Paramount Ranch
where we walked through the old movie town where Dr. Quinn was filmed. From there we went
to the Rock store
where Charlie played totem pole with the only movie star we saw (Charlie is on the bottom).
From the Rock Store we followed the twisty roads around the Malibu area down to the
beach, then back up into the hills again where Karen & Greg would meet us with an ice
box full of drinks & some cookies. We ended our ride at the SageBrush Cantina where we
had a 50/50 drawing. John won the leather windshield pouch that Janice & Terry donated
for the raffle, and $75.00 from the 50/50 raffle. Then we consumed some Mexican food and
headed for home.
