Bean Eating Permission Slip

I _________________________________________as a roommate of the contestant in Prescott, totally give my permission for________________________________________ to participate in the VRCC Bean Eating Contest at the Bash in Prescott Arizona. I understand the possible dangers involved in this daring sport, and I will not hold the VRCC responsible for any explosions, pollutants, messy mishaps, or any other possible environmentally dangerous side effects that could happen during and/or after the contest. I understand that the contestants will be quarantined for an as yet undecided period of time until it is deemed safe, by the committee, to set him/her loose.
