 When should I use the Download Site instead of the regular VRCCTV Site.
When you have a slow connection. Be aware the the download will take a long, long time but once finished they will be on your computer and will play in real time with good quality video and audio. Also if you have DSL and would like to see Hi-Resolution videos that won't stream on any thing other then Cable.
