Saturday:

  Meet at Cycle Gear at the I 5 and Lyons Ave at  1000
Eat breakfast before you get to Cycle Gear.
If you want to meet us (Our Host, Steve Hull, Munchkin, oZ & WorkerBee and Mr & Mrs Maintenance)
for breakfast, we'll be at the
IHOP
(24737 Pico Canyon Road, Stevenson Ranch)
 on the other side of the Freeway at
 0800.

Then it's: 
I 5 north to hwy 126 west
Hwy126 to Santa Paula and pickup hwy 150 north to Ojai
Stop in Ojai

From Ojai we take hwy 33 north to Wolfs Creek Inn

  Stop at Wolfs Creek Inn for soft drinks

Continue north on hwy 33 to Lockwood Valley Road east
Lockwood Valley Road to the Camp Scheideck turnoff
Lunch at Camp Scheideck.

Return to Lockwood Valley Road and continue east to Frazier Mountain Park Rd east
Frazier Mountain Park Rd to the Flying J Travel Plaza for fuel.

Continue east on Frazier Mountain Park Rd to I 5 north
I 5 north to Fort Tejon and exit

At Fort Tejon we check out the afternoon activities

After the visit to the Fort some folks may depart for home
For those who are staying, Return to The Flying J for dinner and lodging



    We have a block of ten rooms at the Best Rest Inn adjacent to the
flying J Travel Plaza.  It's walking distance to the restaurant, cocktail lounge, video arcade, ATM and
convenience store inside the main complex.  From the Flying J to Fort Tejon
is 5 miles north on Interstate 5.

Single or double occupancy $59.00 + tax per night.
Each additional adult (more then two in one room) is $7.00 + tax per night.

group package for Saturday October 19th.


Sunday:

   Leisurely breakfast about 0800
It would be best to arrive at the Fort about 9:30, the small parking lot can fill up fast.

The battle times are 10:30 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. with tours conducted of both
Federal and Confederate camps in between battles. Including such things as
amputations in the field Hospitals and lectures on the operation of an 1860
Howitzer.
