Some of the features on the the new Goldwing like an upgraded version of the new motor, Would 2000cc be asking to much, and a similar frame. Would be a lot of fun.

I love the Valkyrie. I would like to see it fuel injected. A better stock seat would be nice.

Comments

1) I would like to see electronic cruise control. 2) I would like to have a fuel gauge. 3) Add self-canceling signal lights. 4) Give the Interstate gas tank to the Standard Valkyrie. 5) Last but not least, thanks for building an awesome bike.

Comments

Luv the way it handles. I would like to see more power & air shocks on back.

Comments

I love my interstate and continue to add accessories and plan new trips to challenge it and myself. I would like to see the new Wing engine adapted to an interstate style of bike with the alloy frame and easy changing rear tire. The need to change the rear tire makes an easy way to do it essential. The VTX does not appeal to me so if you want to get me to trade it better have the look and feel of the VALKYRIE. Ted

Comments

I own a Red/White '97. I love the bike. The only thing I'd change in a new one would be ABS brakes. I don't even want a color change.

Comments

Love the F6...... BUT Want to see ELECTRONIC CRUISE CONTROL and a CB as part of the standard complement of items on the bike. A fuel gauge and 4 way flashers are important tools as well! #1 FUEL GAUGE #2 Electronic Cruise Control (as part of the "Elite" package) #3 CB Radio (as part of the "Elite" package) #4 4 way flashers #5 MP3 player (as part of the "Elite" package) #6 Improved Air flow in the exhaust system! THANKS Bill in KC VRCC #10059

'I have recently purchased an 01 interstate. love it. I would certainly consider buying a new one if Honda ever made an 1800 Valk. I purchased a Valk because it fills the void between 'cruiser' type bikes and traditional touring rides. I am anxious to know the fate of the Valkyrie so I can decide on customizing my current scoot or save cash for new 1800. One last note, on my interstate I get a reflection on the inside of the windshield from the chrome gas filler lid [distorts view somewhat]. Center stand / cruise / 6th gear /self canceling signals, would seal the deal for me. kencamtoo @ aol.com

Comments

Love it. The windshield delamed and they wouldn't fix it or help Oh well. Efi would be great if a good system was built. bigger engine is always a good thing. Little better suspension. Better tires.

Comments

I would like to see Honda continue building a Valkyrie Interstate, and maybe build them to fit a guy over 6 foot tall!

Comments

The current Valkyrie is a great machine! By far the best cruiser on the market. The new Valk should use the 1800CC fuel injected engine from the new Goldwing. A reverse option would be nice. Perhaps make the new "standard" Valk more of a hot rod with lowered suspension, bobbed fenders, etc, like the concept bikes. Bring back the Tourer and the Interstate.

Comments

1. Fix the turn signal switch. 2. No center stand, I don't care what anyone says, it doesn't need the extra weight. 3. More rear lighting. Minimum 2 bulb brake light should be the law. 4. 6th gear. 5. Bigger/better looking gas tank. 6. Front brake needs to be a little less powerful and the rear a little more. 7. Fuel injection would be nice. 8. Gauges for water temp., oil pressure. 9. Throttle lock. 10. Bigger hand grips. 11. Mufflers that come off the headers. 12. Easier rear tire change. I have a 98 standard and it's a great bike. Just picking nits because you asked. Put a 130 to 150 horse motor and I will have to buy one.

The Valkyrie is "the" motorcycle to own. I would like to see the 1800 upgrade, better lighting , and any other improvements. Although it's already a solid bike!

Comments

Of the many bikes I have owned, the Valk is by far the best of the bunch. I am happy with everything except the Honda aftermarket products that are available. Unlike others, I am not concerned about an 1800 engine, I am happy with what I have. However, if a bigger and better Valk was introduced, I would probably first in line to see the monster.

Comments

After test riding several cruisers out there on the market, the Valkyrie definitely impressed me the most. For me, the set up is great for an all around motorcycle. I own a 2000 standard. It's smooth, powerful, great handling and a great looking machine. I have never been one to follow the crowd, i.e. Harley Riders, V-Twin styled motors. The Valkyrie is definitely a bike heading in a different direction than the rest. I sincerely think you may be giving up on a concept that was really just developing. I know marketing plays heavily into your decisions about what to produce. Valkyrie owners seem to me to be people who have had other brands and styles of motorcycles over the years and finally found one with the looks, performance and reliability they were looking for and obviously were not looking for a Gold Wing style (not that there is anything wrong with that). I am a proud owner and know many others. I will probably buy a used Interstate Model in the future just to have two in the future if this bike is discontinued.

Comments

Want 1800cc engine. Want solid saddle bags. Good windshield. Long mileage tires. Don't need interstate but do need touring cruiser. Want single side swing arm suspension with bolt on wheel. Would like an overdrive button for another gear. Keep it wild and big and everything else. KEEP IT!!!

Comments

As the owner of a 2000 Standard, I would like to say that the Valkyrie is the best motorcycle I have ever owned or ridden. Since acquiring it I have ridden thousands of miles more per year than in previous years on other bikes. Things I think should be standard equipment are a fuel gauge, self canceling signals, elec reverse, and a center stand. Also the 1800cc motor or larger with Fuel Injection. Please continue to tweek and produce this motorcycle because it is an awesome machine that I want to ride forever.

Comments

What I like about the current Valk: 1. I love the new 2001 standard seat. It saved me a ton of money not having to buy a third party seat. 2. The smoothness of the bike. Have you seen the nickel trick? 3. Cosmetically, the engine is absolutely stunning. 4. Polished wheels on the 2001 standard. 5. The ease of working on the engine for routine maintenance. 6. The feel of the torque pulling a huge machine. 7. Comfort on long trips. What I would like to see in a new Valk: 1. Sixth gear. 2. Fuel injection. 3. Quite down the timing belt noise and transmission whine. 4. Gauges instead of idiot lights for water temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. 5. Larger gas tank on standard for increased cruising range. 6. More power to keep it the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world!!!

Comments

I love my Valk - very few negatives but 2 issues that I would improve 1) bigger gas tank 2) better mileage

Comments

I have owned many different motorcycles over the years. Honda has by far been the best. I currently own 2 Hondas. A 79'GL 1000 and A 01'Valk standard. I have ridden more brands of motorcycles than I have owned. I am A big guy and I need A big bike with enough power to move on when I need it to!I made every other bike I test rode look small. They also lacked the power I was looking for. I can only think of A couple of things I would and will change. The first is the bike needs cruise control for those long interstate trips this bike loves. Second you should put the interstate gas tank on all Valkyries. Other than that you have succeeded in building A wonderful motorcycle.

Comments

I like the one I have. It goes plenty fast enough, it's comfortable now, I can take the long trips I want, it will still out run most of the bikes and cages, It has a carbureted system that I like, it's cheap enough, relative to boating or flying. Why would I want to change?

Comments

The Valkyrie is by far the best motorcycle I have ever had the privilege to own. I purchased my Valk in 1996,and have added just about everything I know of including a new paint job six months ago to give it that new bike touch. I even painted it the Valk Interstate 2000 color Blue/Silver. It was originally Red/White. I think Honda needs to think about putting the new Wing motor(1800 cc) in a Valk soon, as we can not let the Boy's from Milwaukee get the upper hand, plus it is just the natural evolution for the Valk to take. Possibly a lighter frame, and lower seat height for us short folks. Thanks John Fajen VRCC #89

Current Model: 1) Another 20 HP 2) Better Suspension (have changed to Progressive) 3) Better seat(s) Now Mustang New Model 1) Taller 5th gear to drop revs OR 6 speed 2) Larger gas tank 3) Another 40 HP 4) 2000 CC

Comments

I have a 99 Interstate that I feel is the smoothest, best running, maintenance free bike on the market. Love riding it! The uniqueness, no other bike like it, is what drew me to it. Would like to see an 1800cc engine, more solid colors, and much more factory accessories readily available. However, when the time comes for a new bike, if the Interstate is not on the market than I may look elsewhere. The Goldwing has too much plastic.

Comments

I love the 98 std. I have now, hope Honda does not quit them.

Comments

Valkyrie without question is the best bike I have ever owned. Improvements would be a larger tank, self canceling signals, and some form of cruise (even a simple mechanical throttle hold)

Comments

My Valkyrie is a wonderful bike. Could use reverse. I love the bike!

Comments

Nice bike overall. I own an Interstate Valkyrie and would say if you start making them again to eliminate the air intake below the windshield. Also should be able to order with more goodies right from the factory, like running boards, heel-toe shifters any of the available accessories. Bottom line comment it is just a real choice bike, I hope Honda continues to make them. Here's a final laugh for you from a fellow worker who is not a rider. I was telling him I might get my bike pinstriped or a scene painted on it, but was worried it may look to goddy. His remark was, "I hate to tell you this but that thing is already goody".

Comments

I would like to see a new Valkyrie with a centerstand, self canceling turn signals, 6.9 gallon gas tank (or larger) on all models of Valkyries, and about 115 hp (or more) motor. A cruise control would be nice too. No I don't want a Goldwing. I had two Goldwings and am not in the market for another. For me Goldwings are to much like a two wheeled Accord.

Comments

I'd like to see more attention to detail and quality control. It would be nice for a water cooled engine to have a water temp gauge. Keep up the classic looks and make the next design more nimble and more powerful.

Comments

I would hope a new Valkyrie retains it's unique style, and has that 1800 cc honker in it!!

Comments

I just bought my 2nd Valkyrie, an Interstate, after crashing my tourer. I love the bikes classic looks, and would be very interested in an 1800cc EFI version of the same package. I'm too tall for the new GoldWing, and although it is very nice, it's still a Gold Wing.

Comments

I love this bike, but now the next generation is overdue. It was the first big stock performance cruiser but now the competition is sensing a new trend and catching up. I'd like to see the Valk put way back out front in terms of performance and handling . A 2000cc engine, a lighter frame, good brakes, a larger rear tire and lots of chrome (show off that stunning F6 engine). Self canceling turn indicators, a clock and a fuel gauge should all be standard. I like the look of the current bike, but my personal preference is for more of a drag bike look. Make sure there's a single tone black option (never liked the two tone). A Honda take on the V rod color scheme could look stunning.

Comments

My '97 Tourer is my primary year-round transportation. I log an average of 1000 miles per month and wouldn't make any really big changes. Small changes I would like to see on future Valks: self-canceling turn signals, fuel gauge, more visible tail/brake light, louder horn. I hear a lot of talk about an 1800cc EFI Valk. I might try one, but, for my purposes, it would be hard to beat the old 1500 w/carbs.

Comments

Awesome machine! Current bike could use a fuel gauge & taller top gear for better mileage.

Comments

The Valkyrie I/S that I own is generally a dream to ride. However, it puzzles me as to why most of the accessory items to the Valk is either always on backorder or is not available. I have read the many article that my fellow Valk owners have posted in the past, and excuse my frankness, I think we know a little more about what's needed on our bike than most of your engineers and development people! Please do not take that last statement as a descending blow to the development staff of Honda - I think that you have done a masterful job of developing this line of motorcycle. But in making that statement, please understand that it is not the goal of us Valk owner to talk down the bike; we are just asking that our many years of riding, and our genuine love for this bike line be taken into consideration in the development of future lines of Valkyries. We Valk owners want to leave no doubt that the bike we love to ride and love to own is the best cruiser on the road, period!!!!! Thank you for the opportunity to present my opinion about this survey, an I sincerely hope that this message will be disseminated to the powers that be and evaluated in the proper forum. Respectfully Submitted, Natedog (VRCC#11665)

A Harley-Davidson rider, mechanic and shop owner for 18 years (until 1992), now a VALKYRIE rider, says: "It's PERFECT! Leave it ALONE!"

Comments

Love my '99 Valk-Interstate. If I was going to improve it I would want a 1800 FIE, center stand, four way flashers, and a 6 speed overdrive tranny. (4000 RPM's at 80 MPH don't cut it. Oh almost forgot, give it more power then the GoldWing.

Comments

More attention to detail is needed. The paint finish could be finer and some of the ideas in the concept Valks could be incorporated into the new Valks. Give us better quality chrome, we will gladly pay for it, and more of it too. Give us better quality of a finish on our wheels, (chrome please) we will gladly pay for it. This is a great bike, a bigger, faster engine would just be a bonus to me. But a better looking bike is what I really seek. Some of the new paint jobs on the Shadows that have factory flames are good looking, share that with the Valkyrie line and make a different look. Thanks for listening. Bob Imboden (Houndog, VRCC #3182)

Comments

I like the looks of the current Valkyrie and would hope any new models would keep the same lines. I would like a new model to lighter and have more responsive handling, maybe an aluminum frame such as the Yamaha Warrior. A 2000cc engine would be great and better gas mileage. All around better performance and still keep its long range touring comfort.

Comments

I LOVE MY VALK I/S. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A SIX SPEED TRANS ON THE NEW ONE. THE STOCK SEAT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF YOU WOULD HAVE MUSTANG BUILD THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A MODEL WITH WIRE SPOKE WHEELS, LIKE THE NEW VTX CLASSIC, AND FACTORY CRUISE WOULD BE NICE. GET THE STEREO FROM ALPINE INSTEAD OF CLARION.

Comments

I like my Valkyrie the way it is, except for 1 problem. You should add self canceling turn signals. I think that is a safety issue on the part of Honda. You should also put the MADE IN USA on the back of the passenger seat like my 97 has. It will make more people aware that there are other American made bikes out there besides Willie G.-Davidson. 1800cc would be nice. I would have to see the bike to know if I like it.

Comments

Love the Valkyrie. How about an 1800 with a better stock seat.

Comments

I love my Valk I/S. Future additions should include: Cruise control, Tuned Port Injection. Make the CB work like it should. You guys should be ashamed of what's available now. I don't care about cc's, but 25 HP would be nice. If you can wring that from 1.5 liters, fine. Keep up the good work! Refine the boo-boos! You're way out in front of the competition, keep it that way!

Comments

I owned Hondas from my first CL-350 in 1977-November 2001. I changed brands for my new bike. Why? I dropped my Valk I/S at a stop sign in August. Scratched the following items: fairing, sidepod, saddlebag, saddlebag lid, armrest, saddlebag stay, engine guard. Repair cost? $2,250!!!!!!! You gotta be kidding! Saddlebag alone was $869! What? Solid black cost more than two tone! To make matters worse, I still, after four months, haven't gotten the armrest. It is backordered. Service manager at dealership kept saying, don't worry, your insurance will pay for it. They did, then increased my premium from $319 to $579. Even the dealer is telling me Honda of America is more concerned about selling new bikes than taking care of their present customers.

Comments

I like the current Valk but it could use a 6th gear for highway speeds. I would buy a 1800cc or larger new Valk if available. I'd like it to have fuel injection and a six speed transmission and a low seat height and plenty of chrome. Also ABS brakes and a factory installed alarm and auxiliary electric plug ins for heated clothing.

Comments

Currently own 2001 Valkyrie Standard and love it. Desired improvements are as follows: Fuel Injection and better fuel mileage, More cubes, Self Canceling turn signals, Center stand. I would definitely consider a new interstate - the gold wing has just too much "stuff" on it

Comments

I would like to see the 1800cc ( + ) in an alloy chassis with a little more ground clearance and anti-lock brakes. Or, even POWER assisted anti-lock brakes,........ ya that's the ticket!!!!! :^)

Comments

1850cc efi 6 gears better finish on chrome gauges & better electrics & lighting better sadlery & side cover attachment tinted windshield cruise control stock heel toe shifter jumbo gas tank Have owned many many bikes. Love the Valk. C'mon Honda, do it again, bigger & better. You will get many more loyalists.

1800 EFI Interstate, cruise, 4 way flashers

I have a '97 tourer and have 67,000 miles on it; 26,000 just from last season! This bike is "bulletproof" and is easily the most stable, yet nimble motorcycle I have ever driven. It is highly dependable, stunning (as it always draws a crowd) and is something I am proud to ride. This motorcycle commands respect, even from the most die-hard American bike afficionados. This motorcycle has created a culture unique in the motorcycle world. Suggestions for any new version: 1. Larger fuel Capacity 2. 1800cc bored out to 2000cc engine 3. Better seats 4. AVON tires from the factory 5. Handlebar risers 6. optional faring w/duel headlights as the "new" tourer. 7. Factory air horns (we all put them on)

Comments

Keep stocking parts for the Valk, there are a lot of us out there! An 1800 would be nice as long as it has similar lines. Bring back the Tourer. The Valkyrie has to be the best all around, do it all, power cruiser I have ridden. I can say this after owning everything from Harleys to Hondas. Not everyone wants a Tupperware scooter.

Comments

Would not get too far from this style, retro. Horsepower will be a selling point, The H/P guys look to the Valk for performance, (your current theme Performance First). Keep the fat tires. More fuel capacity on all models. A center stand or optional center stand would be nice. Make rear tire changes easier, ( hot rods go through rear tires :) ). Honda has done a good job, making hotrod also a tourer, (GREAT reliable horsepower on a bike that is made to ride).

Comments

the Valk is one hell of a bike, but with all these big v twins that have came out its time to update to the bigger motor. just make it!!!!

Comments

In new model ,Larger engine such as the 1800 or larger with more power for Valkyrie, or larger engine capable of being installed as direct replacement for current models with minimal modifications.

Comments

I have a tourer & I think Honda should make a interstate priced less than a goldwing last time price was too close to the GW some of us don't need all the toys that's way I got the tourer [but a radio would be nice]

Comments

Comments

great bike excellent power, beautiful ride. would like to see a choice of more solid colors, and center stand would be great.

Comments

I love this bike. The fact that is is bigger than a Harley suits me well (not to mention about 87 other things). I would like to see an 1800cc, EFI, aluminum frame Valkyrie (in all 3 models) or at least a Goldwing "lite". In other words, if there's not going to be a Valk, or all 3 models, give us a "sport wing". A semi-stripped model to take the place of the standard and the tourer. Yeah!

Comments

Like to see Fuel injection, return the Interstate, fuel gauge and self canceling signals.. You build it and it will sell..

Comments

The current Valk is fantastic and the best cycle I have owned. Would like to see a standard , aluminum frame, 1800 or larger engine in the future! Thanks for producing the BEST power cruiser ever made.

Comments

Would like to see more support for a great bike. I strongly believe that this model was poorly advertised by Honda. This bike with the Goldwing would definitely put a big dent in the number of HD that are out there. With the excellent workmanship on the part of Honda, this model fits well worth the in-between riders that still want the taste of a thrill but alson enjoy the performance of the bike over the road. My 99 IS rides like an open convertible on the interstate and on the back roads it rides like a sprots bike. Would very much like to see a new Valk with the 1800 engine and minor additional add-ons.

Comments

My Valkyrie is the best bike I have ever owned and the best bike out on the streets. I would like Honda to give the new Valkyrie owner the chance to choose between a sportier Valk w/ chopped fenders, drag bars and a nice solo rider seat and then the Valkyrie the way you see it now. Like they do with the VTX. Retro or sporty.....

Comments

Just bought 2000 Interstate after wiping out 84 Goldwing. Love the style and performance. Looked at Harley too long of wait, don't like the looks of Goldwing. Everyone that has seen my bike are very impressed. I concur with the others that some of the improvements should be are 4-way flashers, center stand, more optional equipment available from Honda. Honda needs to realize that different people like different styles, we are not all Wing riders or racers. The Valk is a perfect in between ride. It has style and speed.

Comments

You didn't put a place for my hair color, so long blonde flowing locks accenting a ruggedly handsome face and rippling bulging muscles! Love the Valkyrie, Do not discontinue it unless you are upgrading the Valkyrie line to an F6 EFI 1800 or larger. The Valkyrie is the only reason that I own a Honda. I have always ridden HD's, or Kawasaki's. The Valkyrie is truly a performance cruiser. I personally do not want to be another V-Twin wanna be, no matter the size of the motor. Honda, if you want any more of my dollars, then continue the Valkyrie line and tradition and you will keep me for a customer for a very long time. Thanks

Comments

Center Stand, Gas Gage, overdrive

Comments

Love my '98 Std. Ridden other bikes of friends and find this the best of most worlds in a single package. Not too much compromise other than pure handling against sport bikes. Would like to see: 1800-2000 cc engine, fuel injection, self-canceling signals, fuel gauge

Comments

Reverse, fuel gauge, more power, more fuel capacity, fuel injection, clock, and radio; in that order.

Comments

I love my bike, but lately I have been looking at new bikes of other brand names. Why? I feel that it is time for a change, but nothing comes close to my '99 I/S. I am about to change to another brand I'm afraid, just to have another bike. I would love to have more power than what I do now, but I have not found it anywhere except the Wing. I'm just not ready for a Wing though. Thanks, but I would love to see the Valkyrie upgraded to a bigger engine, and maybe cruise.

Comments

The Valkyrie is a fine bike and I am disappointed that you have stopped making the cruiser and the interstate.

Comments

The 1800FI would be great, lighter chassis, a OD gear for the highway. What ever the performance changes, please...please do not lose the Valkyrie "Do All" Character. It's a large sport bike, a dragster, and a great cruiser. That is the essence of the Valkyrie.

Comments

The current Valk is the best all around bike for the money, PERIOD, that is why I bought it!! I would like to see self-cancel turn lights, a reverse, a sixth gear on my current 1999 tourer. I have it fully loaded. The new Valk should have the l832cc motor. Hell, HONDA the largest motorcycle manufacturer on the planet, should go all out and make a F-8 Valk. Now, Honda, that would prompt me to run right out and buy it!! Think about it, young and old would buy it. There should be a tourer model for guys like me who ride 2 up most the time.

I would like to see a 1800 cc, souped up Valkyrie, an interstate model for 2002. I would like to see a solid silver color as well. Thanks for a great bike, Whiz

Comments

Would like to see canceling turn signals as everything else is perfect. May want to consider reducing transmission whine as well. Sincerely, Jim Tucker

Comments

Steering geometry needs to be improved.

Comments

Runs well under water. The WV turnpike on Honda Homecoming weekend was a swamp. If you were there..you remember all too well. Big Val needs to muscle up, 1800cc. That's why we're all here..right? Val needs a bigger tank and needs to lose that 45-55 MPH whine. Big Val has got to learn to carry more weight. My Zuk DR650SE carries the same payload. Big and Bad, keep it coming Honda.

Comments

I love the VALKYRIE and would only add additional color choices. I started on a standard but now have a tourer. The engine in this bike is amazing!

Comments

Self canceling turn signals would be number 1 on my list. After that, I am looking for better wind protection for cold weather riding. Something that could be easily removed for the summer. Also looking for an easy way to turn off the windshield vent during the rain without having to use a rag. The IS trunk and bags should be redesigned so that the bags are more accessible.

Comments

Own 1997 Valkyrie with 56K. No problems. Keep the quality, make it bigger and faster! *GRIN*

Comments

I own a 2001 interstate and dearly love the bike. the only thing I would like to see changed on the Valk is to have Honda include more accessories on the bike as standard equipment. also I wish Honda would more closely monitor their dealers. here in Alabama there is only one decent Honda dealer that I trust---Montgomery Honda. the rest are nothing but crooks. get rid of em and get a very good dealer network going. I bought my Valk from Lawrenceville Honda in Georgia. Charlie sassier was extremely helpful and courteous and they gave me the absolute best price I could find. they should be awarded dealer of the year. on second thought---I would like to see the interstate offered in the bright yellow that was available on the 2001 goldwing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comments

All my friends just bought new wings, I drove one, nice, but no VALK. I'm ready to buy, but nothing except the wing to tow mt camping trailer. Maybe the ST1300, but I'm sure NO radio and NO CB. What's up? Give us what WE want and WE will buy !!! Now how 'bout that 1800 Valk IS for summer 2002?????????

Comments

NOTHING COMPARES TO THE DRAGON. HARLEY THINKS THE V-ROD IS THE ANSWER. I'M PROUD TO SAY THAT I HAVE ALREADY DUSTED A V-ROD. IT HAD A CHANCE UNTIL THE FLAG DROPPED. AN 1800 OR MORE WOULD BE GREAT AND A LARGER FUEL TANK ARE THE ONLY THINGS NEEDED FOR THE VALK. IF THE INTERSTATE VERSION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, WHAT IS HONDA GOING TO DO WITH THE FUEL TANKS. I'D LIKE TO HAVE 6.9 GALLONS, WHY NOT BRING THE PRICE DOWN A LITTLE SO WE CAN DO OUR OWN UPGRADES. SEEYA AT INZANE 2002

Comments

I would like to see the new 1800 Goldwing engine tweaked, cammed, polished and aspirated by six large carbs, then placed in the new 2003 Valkyrie. To make the engine/bike distinctive, I would suggest the bike to be initally offered only in black, with a blacked out engine and trim package similar to the Harley Midnight Express. The new name? How 'bout the Valkyrie 1800 Limited Express, designated as the "Valkyrie 1800LE". I ride a 1998 Valkyrie and LOVE IT! But, I would be the first in line for an 1800LE. In the immortal words of Tim The Tool Man Taylor - MORE POWER! ARRR - ARRR!

Comments

I like the bike the way it is. Design is still unique and a headtwister everywhere you go. Please don't put any fancy electronics or black boxes in there, so I will be able to fix my bike myself. I am not into dragracing, so who needs yet more power on two wheels over 100HP and 1520cc. Invest in safety, ABS brakes and the like and stay alive.

Comments

I believe the Valkyrie to be the ultimate touring/cruiser on the road today. The comfort, ease of handling and power coupled with the good looks places the vehicle at the top of its class. While the Gold Wing is a great motorcycle, the Valkyrie has, since its inception, attracted a different type of individual from the Gold Wing. With the VRCC at over 14,000 members, each having a Valkyrie and the Valkyrie interest at heart, it would seem Honda would follow the interest in the Valkyrie and produce a new Interstate and Standard Model, as previously done, with an upgraded 1800 cc EFI engine. Thank you.

Comments

if you discontinue the Valkyrie [any model Valkyrie], you will surely be committing KAMAKAZI to your company. [and will deserve it]. on the other hand, if you wanna put out an 1800 cc model copy cat style Valk, well, I will be up for buying two of 'em.

Comments

It's a short list, but they are things I think can be achieved: 1) 1800 or larger, fuel injected flat-6 2) 6 gallon tank (or larger) 3) Reverse gear (for smaller riders) 4) 6 speed transmission If these items (or, at least #1) come to pass, I will be finding a way to trade in the only other bike I have ever owned, a 1998 Valkyrie Tourer, on a new Valkyrie. Please, don't disappoint the loyalists.
